Henrik Dalbøge, lic.scient has through more than 30 years been involved in the establishment and growth of the international biotech and life science industry in Denmark. Henrik has worked in Chr. Hansen, Novozymes, Novo Nordisk, and Nordisk Gentofte, from where he has substantial business, strategy and scientific experience in industries ranging from biopharmaceuticals, food ingredients, animal feed, dietary supplement, and infant nutrition. He has been responsible for development of several commercialized products both within the biopharmaceutical- and the industrial biotechnology area, and he has led the creation of successful business operations with high and very profitable growth rates.
Morten Sommer, PhD is Professor and Associate Scientific Director at the Center for Biosustainability at the Technical University of Denmark. Morten Sommer did his doctorial research in Biophysics at Harvard University and his post doctorial training at Harvard Medical School. Morten Sommer has founded several biotech companies within the fields of drug development, synthetic biology and life science research tools. Morten has authored numerous scientific papers, and is the inventor on >10 issued patents. Furthermore, he advices several commercial and non-profit organisations, including the WHO and Doctors without Borders.
Rasmus Toft-Kehler is a serial entrepreneur with experience in business development from positions in a family enterprise, management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Gudme Raaschou. Rasmus holds a degree in finance and business administration from Copenhagen Business School and New York University

Dennis Landbo Nielsen is the CEO of The Mondux Insurance Group a part of Gjensidige Insurance. Previous experience as Sales and Marketing Director
